Orders
We accept MasterCard, Discover, American Express and
Visa. For pre-approved customers, we will accept company
Purchase Orders. For companies wishing to receive
credit, please download and complete the credit application
below. For those wishing to purchase via Wire Transfer,
there is a $25.00 processing charge, please call or
e-mail us for further information.
Order
confirmation - after placing your order you will
receive an e-mail indicating your order has been
received.
Shipping confirmation - once your products have
been shipped we will e-mail you a shiping confirmation.
Warranty
- Products
purchased from ScanTechnology International are
warranted against defects. Defective hardware
may be exchanged for an identical product within
14 days of purchase. If a replacement is not available,
ScanTechnology International will refund the purchase
price. No returns will be accepted after 14 days
from date of purchase.
- In
our experience, many problems can be resolved
with the assistance and technical expertise of
the manufacturer.
- Manufacturer's
warranties apply from the date of purchase. For
assistance, please contact the warranty provider.
Terms of warranty may vary.
- An
additional surcharge will be applied to orders
being shipped to Puerto Rico or other US Territories.
The freight charges will be e-mailed to you for
verification once your order has been placed.
DOA
/ RETURNS POLICY
- If
the product is tested and the problem is not duplicated,
there may be a no problem found fee charged.

Products that show signs of use are not returnable
as DOA.
- For
customers on credit terms, credit will be applied
to your account when the product is received by
ScanTechnology International. Replacement product
will be sent in advance, freight free via UPS
Ground.
- For
customers on Credit Card status, replacement product
will be sent upon receipt of product by Scan Technology.
If desired, we will send replacement product at
your normal Credit Card status and you can request
from the credit department a refund/credit to
your card when ScanTechnology International receives
the returned product.
Shipping
Information

·Products usually ships 1 to 2 business
days after your order is placed.
- Except
for supplies such as labels and ribbons, ground
Shipping is FREE for orders to the Continental
United States & Canada only. There is a 10%
surcharge for supplies (labels and ribbons).

All overnight / next day orders will incur an
additonal shipping charges.

Saturday delivery not available in all areas.

· An additional $30.00 surcharge will be
applied to orders being shipped to Alaska and
Hawaii.
- An
additional surcharge will be applied to orders
being shipped to Puerto Rico or other US Territories.
The freight charges will be e-mailed to you for
verification once your order has been placed.
Price / Web site accuracy
We make our best effort to keep the information on
our site accurate. Prices are subject to change without
notice. In the event a price is found to be incorrect,
or a product is not accurately depicted (features,
etc.) we will contact the customer to inform them
of this.
Disclaimer
ScanTechnology International shall not be held responsible
for damage or loss of any kind due to your use of
any product purchased at ScanTechnology International.
Our maximum liability to you is the amount paid for
the product. Scan Technology does not necessarily
endorsed product listed on our site. We do not make
any warranties about the products in our store or
the accuracy of our product listings. We reserve the
right to limit quantities and to reject orders at
